Climate change is not only an environmental issue.

In Pakistan, floods and heatwaves shut schools, and girls are the first to be pulled out of learning. Displacement and poverty deepen the damage. When schools are unprepared, climate shocks quietly erase futures.

    Student-led Eco-Action Clubs design flood awareness campaigns, build rainwater-harvesting models and lead waste-reduction drives.

    Schools become community resilience hubs, and mothers shape household solutions through Climate Baithaks and Kitchen Climate Labs.

    Hygiene education, WASH and menstrual hygiene services, and psychosocial support for children living through climate crises.

    The Green Schools Network Pakistan helps schools move from climate awareness to everyday climate action.

  • Youth climate action

    Our Mock COP brings college students together to advocate for evidence-based climate policy and its local implementation.

  • Learning continuity

    Remedial and accelerated learning so children, especially girls, keep learning when climate disasters disrupt school.

From three pilot schools to a growing network

Founded in 2023, Climate Class Connection now works with more than 300 schools across Pakistan and has launched in Uganda.

This is why Climate Class Connection exists: to ensure that education does not collapse in the face of climate crises, but instead becomes the strongest tool communities have to adapt, recover and lead change.
